For me, it's mainly about space and utility.  I don't have a hard cap number of instruments that I can have, but I am definitely focusing more on quality than quantity now.  Not everything I own is expensive, but price is not the only indicator of quality.

I feel you, I have them all over the place in my 2br apt, it's ridiculous. I have several in the 1/2k but I too am focusing on better quality. I love building them also.

I actually did this with a boost in an A B switch. If you don't power it, the volume won't go past unity, and b went to the tuner. So it went in-> straight to boost-> A B switch -> out.

It doesn't take a lot. Put on what doesn't look like near enough and spread it around with something. I use dixie cups and only fill the bottom.

Thanks guys, neck looks good, that was my first thought, but I'd fine too. Plenty of wiggle room on the low E. With the neck fitting very snug, I wasn't sure if I should sand on the neck or the pocket.

I'm busy building a tele and ran in to something I've never had to deal with. Neck alignment, my e string on the treble side is almost off the neck. The neck fits in the pocket snuggly. What's the best way to approach this?

What opamps did you swap in?

I build a BE-OD and really liked it.  I, then, built the Dirty Shirley (Bugg's board) and liked it a lot more.  Nice build.

I guess I need to have one then.
