It's not too difficult, you're over thinking it.  I forgot it was even stereo. If I remember correctly, I didn't even wore mine stereo. I built it and immediately someone wanted to buy it, so I don't really have a point of reference. I think if I were building it, I'd use a flipper switch to put the boost in front also to increase the dirt if you wanted.

Any sort of charge pump will work, including the road rage.

Happens to me all the time. Got pictures close up of both sides? Did you reflow all of your solder joints? Did you check components to make sure everything was the correct orientation and value?

My favorite is the EHX soul preacher. I've built a ton and this one is a mainstay on my board. I like the knee switch on it, I'm not sure how the bearhug would compare, Jon may be able to chime in.

I'm with you on the Les Paul Jimi. I don't own a Gibson. Can't afford a Gibson..hmm

Are you looking at an Epiphone or a Gibby?

I already have 2 Epis, I need a real Gibby.

The real question though is - was it bringing anything for you?  Most ideally a new guitar?

Nope, no new guitar, I wasn't even at home. The next guitar I want is a gold top les paul, and in sure it will be a while. I would like that new acoustic I went to buy in February though.

I heard the ups truck today from about 50 yards out and from behind me. Without even looking I could tell it was the ups truck.
