According to R.G. Keen's article, if I put a 1k trimmer in place of the 470r coming off of Q1 (2n5088) to ground, I can reduce low end Oscillation. How would I wire the trimmer, 1 and 3 on the ground side, or 1 and 2 with the ground either not connected or hooked to a ground source?

Paramix over at gpcb will do the same? It has an effects loop and a blend,  not really a blend so much but you can adjust the clean signal and the wet signal volumes separately.so you still get clean signal and effect signal.

I used a 2n5088 and a bc549 I got a lot of squealing with 2 2n5088. Sounds pretty good now, unless I add the extra caps, then it squeals again.

I don't know I just put pin one in the square hole :-)

This is your basic wizard wah built on the grind customs kwawk wah board.. Sounds like the wizard wah. It has a terrible torrid inductor and a hot potz from Joe Gagan. UPDATE I removed the wah trimmer and 22k resistor, removed r6 470r and replaced it with a 1k trimmer, tuned out the rest of the oscillation. It's now a very usable wah.

Thanks, I actually sampled the colors in the graphic when doing the fonts. I wish I could match the knobs to the color also, but I don't like different colors knobs. I went with green knobs after this was posted.

Somebody posted it on my timeline on Facebook ages ago. Any time I come across a cool image anywhere, I save it. I've had this one for sometime now.
