Chromesphere's wire is also pretty decent -- it has more of a flexible feel to it, like fine sewing thread, whereas SB's #24 feels more solidcore.

Chromesphere's wire is fantastic, I've got bunches. Bought it about 3 times, kept forgetting I had it. Barry's hook up wire is killer also. It's more like pre bonded than solid core. It was especially helpful on my massive build.

Which version do you have?  The newer version has the LED pad, wire it to the round side of the LED, and the flat side to LUG 1 of the stomp., the older version, just use the standard madbean wiring diagram.
