Q2 is reversed.

Oh, is your led still lit all the time? I just went back and reread the op. Your led is grounding out somewhere, that would cause a volume drop in my experience. Check the wire that goes to your led. Does it do it in and out of the enclosure?

I'm having a similar issue. I get signal when turned on. I get the eq change when I flip the hi/lo switch. I don't get any envelope opening and closing and the pots don't do anything when I turn them. I tried 3 1458 chips, 2 4558 chips, and even a 5532. They all do the same thing. help please. I am a newbie. Thanks

Start a new thread and throw in some clear sharp pictures of the front and back of the pcb please.

Righteous! I have a series I call the lawsuit series cause the art is a direct copy! I just do them for myself and friends so likely nothing I'll ever come of it.

That's really funny! I like the idea of direct copy clones, but actually doing it feels odd. I like your justification, though.

Welcome! If you want to read some silly things we all do, check for build mistakes or stupid mistakes, we all do it, it's good fun too! Taking your time is the key to this hobby. Confidence breads mistakes for all of us here, and then we forget to put in our trannies and IC's, or just plug in the guitar, or I will plug in the guitar but with the wrong cable, or plug the out of the pedal to the in of the pedal.......I could go on!

Check al your solder joints with a magnifyer. Reflow what you need to. I'l bet that will fix the issue. Got any better clearer bigger pictures?

Sorry, I'm a noob.

What exactly should I look for? How will I know what I need to reflow and what I don't?

Also... even more noob... solder joints are just the places I've soldered, right? There are some messy spots on the PCB. I'm still pretty amateur with an iron. Working on it.. but there are some spots I'm not proud of. If there are places where there is more solder than necessary, could that add resistance and decrease the output volume?

Better, clearer pictures should come tomorrow.  I don't have a camera other than on my phone. Going to borrow a better camera tomorrow to upload some pictures.

It's how we learn, so ask as many questions as you need to. Solder joints are places where you've soldered. Make sure where the solder is touching other solder joints that they are supposed to touch. If they aren't it will add resistance or short out to ground all together. You can get some desoldering braid or a desoldering iron the clean some of that up. Just take your time and be patient. 

I've circled Lug 5 on the stomp, it looks empty to me, are you sure there's something there? If there is, you may want to go back and resolder it.

Nice work, Jimi.  I built one of these last year.  I lent it to a friend about 6 months ago & he won't give it back.  It's a great sounding wah.

Thanks! I used a crybaby enclosure, got from Treesalyer along with the PCB and inductor and wah pot....  He's a great guy.

It's super chewy! I turned the trimmer all the way up!

So here is a MoWah i built today. Didn't take very long at all. The oustide isn't much to look at but the inside is rather clean i think. Works great too. Up next is a weener wah.
