i use maxgrip jazz iii almost exclusively. cant stand "regular" size picks anymore
regular  j3 were slipping all the time, maxgrips are great and i keep coming back to them.

Yeah that's a pain but I've had no issues with it since I started using that cheapo meter that has pads that can be used for smd measurement (between ZIF and pushbuttons)
