Over here I can only get plain RAL colors (not even all of them  :-\ ) and everything else I've found is sold at 25kg minimum (which is ridiculous for hobby use).

i use maxgrip jazz iii almost exclusively. cant stand "regular" size picks anymore :)
regular  j3 were slipping all the time, maxgrips are great and i keep coming back to them.

Yeah that's a pain but I've had no issues with it since I started using that cheapo meter that has pads that can be used for smd measurement (between ZIF and pushbuttons)
