Hello good fellas madbeaners, yesterday I got mine first 7-string guitar. It is hand made by local guy here in Bosnia. Body is alder with flame maple top, one-piece flame maple neck with rosewood fingerboard. Guitar equipped with locking tuners and les paul style bridge. I have decide to put DiMarzio Crunch Lab and Liquie Fire and didn't regret it, plus I add DiMarzio EP1112 multipole 5 way switch which can give you endless options of wiring. In the pos1 I have bridge only, pos2 inside coils in series, pos3 both pickups, pos4 outside coils in series and pos5 neck pickup. Here are few pics.

I am building uvics3 with wah standard pot and lfo was working and now it is not. How can I check that vactrol is good or bad?

Hi everyone, this is mine try on Phase90 which I build 8-9 months ago. I've used tonepad schematic and Soldermans layout that I literally redraw in diptrace.
Mods I did are:
-Depth pot
-Resonance pot (if you take out resistance you get oscillations )
-Selectable Optical speed control or pot control
-Volume drop mod

Hi, I've build over the weekend sea urchin and it works... it is mine second one...
but everytime I unplug power, wait 10 sec and plug power again there is no delay, than I have to take out 2399 IC or 7805 regulator and pedal works.. Weird?!?! Any ideas why?

Hi, I have tried several input option with mine univibe build:
1.RedHouse Unity Gain mod
2.RG's Unity gain mod
3.Harbinger One Vin/Mod which I like most, but with higher output pickups in Modern I have like signal cut when playing harder on bridge pickup.
Are there any other options?

Hi, today i have put collosalus in the fx loop and there is little volume drop when fx is engaged.
Does anyone knows what resistors could be changed to raise volume a bit? Is it R7 or R5 or?

Hi everyone, I suppose there is a way to modify pork barrel's speed knob. I've seen in some univibe's that higher speeds can be dialed by changing resistor that feeds speed pot. Could it be R33 or R34?
Any suggestions??
