sProbe Help

I made a few(slight) changes to the probe circuit (mainly I used stereo jacks instead). I'm new to KiCad. Here is what I got:

I checked all the cords, etc. I have continuity everywhere I'm posed to, and no contection where I should. I can't get a signal through it, even in "normal through".

Do you see something I'm missing?
