So I built this using tagboard effects layout of the Sagan Dela. It passes signal but when I turn the feedback pot it pretty much kills any audio no matter where the other pots are set. Plus I'm getting 6.6v at pin 1 on each pt2399 All Component values are correct as per the layout except 3 and that's the bc550 which I had none of and I used bc547 which my research says is a good sub.Could they be the reason why it's not w3orking as it should?

It could literally be anything. Got any clear well lit close up pics of both sides of the board and the layout you used?

Pedal building is like the opposite of sex.  All the fun stuff happens before you get in the box.

Try to include a pic of the pot wiring as well.

I've been trying to figure out how to upload pictures on this site and just can't seem to find the magic button. appreciate any help on that I really need and want to get the sagan up and running and feel real close to getting it .....................with the help of fresh, smart, high quality, sharp sets of eyes. As soon as I figure out how to upload pics I will
the only thing I found was insert image and couldn't figure out what to do
Can I get or be any lamer?  Well ...yes and often am. Help me break the cycle of lameness so I can level up.

Thank you forum for all and any help.

The image has to be hosted somewhere like Imgur. Then you copy the link. My workaround is I use what's app on my phone, I can just upload images.

If you use the 'quick reply' section at the bottom of the thread's page, there isn't any option, but if you click the 'Reply' button near the bottom of the most recent reply, there will be a section beneath the reply message box to upload

Then it should appear at the bottom with a readout of how much space you have per message.

And, at least for me, on mobile I have to switch to desktop view to add photos as the reply button doesn't populate on the mobile page

:P :P :P   ;)

in jwin's defense, it's obfuscated by that "user actions" menu

It's all good. I use tapatalk cause it's easier and you can use bigger pics.
