(1) Project Name: Zero Point DD

(2) General description of the problem: i get only Clean sound and Tick Tick Tick.
Power Regulator Very Hot.

(3) Steps that you have taken to try to resolve the issue:
Checked Wiring 10x or more

1 - Change the pt2399
2 - Change Transistors BC550B
3 - Change Power Regulator
4 - Change Position Of Transistors
5 - Change BC550B For BC108
6 - Change BC108 For BC550B
8 - Change TL072
9 - Check Diodes Position

(4) List any substitutions you used for parts/values
No Subs

You have a short connecting the 9v to ground somewhere.

Tcheloviski

the board have 3 grounds.

2 for 9v
1 for PCI Grounding

i connect 9V Ground in tip
the 9V+ in 9V

All Grounds in rig of input

Correct?

Tcheloviski

i'm holding for doesn't take a hammer and destroy the pcb

Coca cola time.

Ground = common -- all ground points in a circuit are connected together. It sounds like you have that correct.

The tick tick tick sound you've described would be caused by the +9v being connected to the ground. Use your multimeter, on the continuity setting, to see if the +9v is connected to the ground (it will beep). They should not be connected. If they are, then that is the problem you need to fix.

Sounds like a ground issue. How are you powering it? Have you taken any voltage readings yet?
Pedal building is like the opposite of sex.  All the fun stuff happens before you get in the box.

Solved TODAY  ;D

Just change The IC and one capacitor.
Sounds nice.
Thanks!
