My question : I wish to build Fallout / Aristocrat / Thumper but i can't figure how to wire double in/out.
Could you please give a little help how to wire these double switches ?

Oops... I think the solution is as simple as that :
- output of "A" effect (
out of the first switch) becomes input of "B" effect (
in of the second switch). Hope I'm right and this will help some of you. ;-)
