I hate doing these demos because I always feel I'm totally blowing it. I usually start out thinking, I'll do something classy. Then I end up just playing fast.

Thanks! Haha the exact same thing happens to me. I have all the things that I want to show planned out before I begin but I start playing and just forget what the heck I was supposed to be doing. It all just ends up as confused noodling in the end.
