Voxy Brown Voltages/Problem

Hello Folks

I have a weird problem with the drive side of my voxy brown. I tested the boost and it works fine. I then tested the drive side and I am getting no drive. Weirder still, when I turn the treble knob up all the way, I get no signal. I am pretty sure I didn't wire the pot wrong, although I will go check that now, and I can't figure out why that would make the drive not work.

I tested the voltages, and at q1 I am getting 3.14 volts. Is this a problem? Do you need to know the ## of the other transistors to give me more input?

So I guess I should pull the 2n5457 and see if it's the problem? Or would it be something leading up to the 2n5457? I will try to figure it out.
