Tayda 1590A Dimensions

Does anyone know if the 1590A enclosures coming from Tayda are a different size from all others?

None of the 1590A drilling templates I have printed seem to fit the enclosure properly, it seems mine is about 1/2" taller than the template.   I've tried several, including the Madbean Sprout template.   

I can wrap the template around and make it work, but it doesn't fit like the templates for other enclosures have.  Am I missing something?

I checked the internal dimensions against a Hammond 1590A the other day, they're pretty much the same (87 x 33 mm at the bottom). A slightly different wall angle/thichkess may account for different external dimensions.

The Sprout template appears to be a slightly different style from a lot of the other Madbean templates, maybe it's just meant to fit the enclosure slightly differently.
