Sorry I have so many questions, but thanks to everyone for putting up with me.

I am putting together a Road Rage for the -9v on my Pastyface this weekend. But I am not 100% sure what parts I need. Here is what I think based on the build pdf
C3
C4
C5
D3
D4
IC1
T1 (Im not sure I need unless I care about "dead battery tone")

But it shows part of IC2 in green.

Thanks

You're completely right! Put the parts you mentioned on the board and you'll get -9V. T1 is optional indeed, but can give some nice effects, you could even use a regular pot and make it external instead of a trimmer. IC2 is partly green, but that is to indicate where T1 goes, just ignore IC2. It's a regulator only used in the 12 & 15V setups!

It's also worth to check out what Brian mentioned about chargepumps in the doc, or search the forum, as they are not all created equal.

YES!! Thanks. Im starting to get it. Hope I can build stuff up to the quality it seems this whole forum is at.

I actually bought all the parts for the board so I have that IC2.

Save it, you never know where you might wanna use it for! Good luck on your build dude!
