After building for other folks, it was finally time to do one for myself.  I've been wanting to box up my Zero Point Deluxe for quite a while now and I never found the time to do it.  When I finally sat down, I couldn't really decide on the artwork I wanted.  After a bit of fiddling, I came up with this and am pleased with the results.

I like this shot for showing off the texture of the etch.

Very clean indeed for the amount of stuff!

What switching scheme is it?

Thanks, there was indeed a lot to stuff in there.

It's a relay switching scheme based on a board I laid out with the programming done by one of the function f(x) dudes who isn't known on the forums.  I actually mounted the board under the primary PCB.  With all of that, it took a bit of planning, but it went it clean.

Amazing Dave! Laser etched right? How did you do the white lettering?

Yep, laser etched.  The white was carefully back filled with a paint pen.  I kept it out of the other etched areas and then scraped the surface.

One of my favorites that you've done. Pure awesomeness.

Proprietary relay switching system, ha ha ha. Worth starting an effects company just to say those words.

Pedal building is like the opposite of sex.  All the fun stuff happens before you get in the box.

Pedal Companies have been built on a lot less.

I saw one the other day where the person announced the pedal company before they had built their first pedal.

Damn, dude. I didn't even realize this was an etch until I saw that detail shot. Great build.
