Sunking, etching .pdf file

Hello Etchers,
I was printing the Sunking project and i noticed that the etching layout is somehow displayed a little bit on the bottom half.
I tried to repair it but im afraid of screwing up more..
anyone has etched this board? any lost version somewhere?

Hey Cody,
I have exactly this version. The etch ready to print layout is a little shifted.
I could try to correct on the illustrator but wanted to check first if there is any other version...
