"Send Me Yer EPK Kid..."

Morgan: "Gee mister, I...uh...I sure would like to play your fancy club rock club one day and maybe open up for Cake or Deer tick or something like that..."

Fat Cat Club Promoter: "Sure kid, just send me your EPK."

Morgan: "Geewillickers!"

   

So I've spent enough time on the Google to figure out what an EPK is (it's an electronic press kit).

Does anyone here work, or have worked, for a promoter or club that deals with these things? Mine feels really weak and I'd like someone who has seen their share have a look at it.

I used to work in student affairs at a college doing the entertainment booking for the students. If that counts. I also play for quite a few different artists, some of whom have great EPKs and some of whom have terrifying ones. I'd be happy to have a look
