I sent Mark Wentz (the proprietor of Black Arts Toneworks) a link to this build because I knew he'd love it. His comment to me:

"That thing is all sorts of awesome. I'm honored!"

Wow, that's cool! I really like Black Arts Toneworks in general, the aesthetic, the sound etc so getting a thumbs up from Mark is awesome!

Thanks again to everyone that has posted positive feedback, makes me want to get building! Got practice tonight so going to put the Pharaoh through it's paces!  8)

That is just outstanding work! That etch looks like currency. In fact around here your pedal is legal tender. Great choice on the LED color and placement in the graphic too, it all works perfect together in that "big box".
Yep. I clicked the, "continue without supporting us" link....

Hot damn... I'm speechless. Terriffic work!

Fantastic etch!

What is this style of art called? I've seen it before but can't remember.
I build stuff for myself, sometimes I do 1 offs, I label them as HornBlende Audio.

jkokura

Yeah, the detail of the etch and the backfilling was very well done on this one. Brilliant.
