New Korg PadKontrol Day! Just got this used from Guitar Center today.
No More Piano Roll for me!!

Nice, I used to have the white one when it first came out. I love how the pads lit up when you hit them and the screensaver it has when you are not using it. Time to start cranking out the beats!

16 pad MIDI controller mainly used for percussive instruments but can be used with any software instrument in your DAW.

So far I am loving it! It was between this or the akai mpd26 but after doing a lot of looking into reviews I decided on the korg for the pad feel and the xy pad. I am just so happy to no longer have to program midi notes with a mouse and the piano roll.
