Yeah, i don't like soldering to the back of pots or switches, so I now use a solder tag and a little nut and bolt. I get a small packet of them from Wilkinson's for 99p. They give a good solid ground connection and sort of go with my 'style'.

I'll see if i can do a clip sometime next week. as the octave switch turned out to be useful on the fly, I'll probably be changing the DPDT to a 3PDT so that I can have a bi colour LED to know which channel its on, if I've left enough room inside for it that is.
