Why would lowering my guitar volume create buzz

Odd situation. Lowering my guitar volume to 7ish creates a buzz but only with SHO going into super judge. No buzz clean, no buzz with either engaged on its own. It's not really a problem as it's very specific It just seems odd. If anything I could use it as a noise generator and "play" the tone by moving my guitar vol back and forh
