Hi guys, this one I finished yesterday. I always wanted to try this pedal and after I build it I must say it sounds great. I wanted to put bakelite alu/red knobs, but musikding didn't have them in the moment, so I ended with what I had.. I redrawn original layout and added trimmers for Q5 and Q6. You must thought of where are those fets.. :D  Well, they are very tiny and they are attached on the bottom layer, so you can use through hole fets or SMT. I did few more tweaks beside trimmers, 'cause this thing had tooooo much gain in the boost mode, so i lowered it..

Super tidy!  Love the hidden FETs and the layout is hella tight.  Nice optical bypass too ;)

I love the sound! It is truly marshall in the box and it cleans great with humbuckers and single coil pickups. I might do short demo.. ;)

Cool! That's a clean etch. I remember a time were only a few people dare to etch their boxes... it's regarding to see how more and more of us are trying this technique now and becoming masters :)

Regarding the grounding technique: I usually do the same but "trap" the wire in one of the jack's holes so it's secured with the jack once you tighten the washer.

That idea for grounding is great, it never cross my mind that I could use jack holes for this type of grounding. Although I normally ground enclosure with a open frame jacks :)

I usually use open frame jacks too, but when the enclosure is powdercoated both inside and outside you have to be creative :).

I use the plastic jacks and wrap a wire around the threads, tighten it down then solder both loose ends to the sleeve connection on the jack. Seems to work pretty well so far.

Great job. I'll say it once, and I'll say it again; this is one of the most fun distortion boxes that I have. I made a PCB for mine too, but I like all the gain I can get out of it.
