Amen to that, sometimes I get more joy from folding them than making the circuits or playing!

Nice, what's the process like? Necessary tools expensive? I just bought this one on the forum. I'm going to have to find a supply if I can't figure out how to make them myself.

Like pedal making you can get stuff premade - laser cut or prepunched aluminium - and fold yourself or get it folded as some companies offer folding services. So its be like sending away for a PCB to be made. Or get some different sizes and cheap tools and measure, cut and fold. Im cheap so cut with a junior hacksaw, file and fold.

My brake/folder cost £45 from Amazon and Ive made four different sized wedges for the cost of maybe a couple of premade ones. Quite liberating as I wanted a super low profile one for a Buzzaround that I made in an hour or so. I used 0.9mm ally the first few so its not very robust but theyre just for me so I aint gonna stamp through them. Switched to 1.2mm and its a lot stronger.

Theres a sense of satisfaction from making the box as well as the circuit. Also when I mess up measurements I got a pop riveter to add on angles I couldnt fold - something I imagine big companies dont have to do but I got a lot from it.

Sorry for banging on about it!
