Hi,

What bulb did you use on the mini-vibe?  I looked in your build docs and didn't see one specified.

Thanks!

Andy

Best option is to use low current bulb. I used 12v 20mA in my build.

I'm sure it can be done using this kind of dual pot for "Speed"
http://www.banzaimusic.com/Alpha-9-PC-STE-100k-lin.html
but the PCB is made for this kind, with the two legs, right:

Is there a source for the correct one?

I used as you say correct one, but it seems it is out of stock :/
First one should work, but you will just have to be careful with assembling

Would you be able to point me to where you picked yours up from?  I'm not having much luck with the search and I'd hate to order the wrong one.

Thanks!

I'd bet this will work fine.

I think this one is too big, it won't fit inside 1590a box..

The size of that one is fine, I have one here and it will fit.  Will the 18V pose a problem?

Is this the same thing Dan? Google found a similar part number at mouser.

I think it will be ok, SME wouldn't offer them for univibes otherwise. Did you order this one? Also I got email from Small Bear and dimensions are
Light bulb - 3 mm in diamter, 3.5 mm in height.
Body that hold bulb - 3.8 mm in diameter, 3 mm in height.
Leads - 0.5 mm in diameter, 6.3 mm in length and 2.5 mm spacing between leads.
