Picked up an old compilation by this band at the library today, for anyone that only knows Hugh Dillon as a shaved headed  cop on TV... a previous life.

New Zealand group. The harmonica player uses a porch board, in their non-instrumentals the woman with the tambourine sings (very well!) I've got their 45 somewhere. The belt on my player is stuffed, so I still haven't heard it!

Bal Sagoth's album "Starfire Burning Upon The Ice Veiled Throne Of Ultima Thule" (I am not making that up.)

It's probably safe to say they do the most EPIC power metal, ever.
