CC's look so nice, but have such a bad rep compared to even carbon film... :/

I don't hear more noise for the CC resistors. Moreover, compared to original Small Stone V3 it's shiny and wider phase effect.

What kind of resistors are those ? It’s so nice to be able to see the color bands unlike the cheap chinese ones I’ve been using. I kinda like the fact they are old school carbon resistors too. Some kinda carbon MOJO there.

These are old school carbon composition resistors. Old school in terms of tech, that is, they still make them today. Fairly pricey, compared to carbon film or metal film, and bulky.
