I've tested with my DMM and 9v is going into the board.. The LED isn't powering up and the pedal itself doesnt actually work. I thought my solders were pretty good.

Any advice or tips to troubleshoot?

I attached a picture.

That led won't light up if the L pad at the bottom isn't touching ground.

Other than that it's hard to tell without voltages. And without the input and output wires in the picture. Did you have a ground wire going to the input output Jack's?

Are the power supply wires reversed?  + = +9V, - = ground, not sure if this circuit is reversed or your color scheme, but worth a check.

Thankyou bsoncini i wasn't sure what the L pad is.
I took these voltage readings:
-9  >  led +      = -8.98
-9  >  t3,1              =-3.4
-9  >  d1 anode           = -9.21

Bio might just be the colour scheme i used with the wires lol.

I would double-check that the soldering is okay on the one pot that is wired in...looks like potential cold joints there.

Your power is plugged in backwards.
