Pepper Spray: Low/High pass filters?

Im building the pepper spray and I am in the habit of checking all the low pass/high pass filters on all my builds as I play a baritone tuned to G...
In reviewing the http://www.madbeanpedals.com/projects/_folders/1590A/schematics/PepperSpray.gif schematic, this appears to me to be the only High pass:
am I correct in my assessment and the calculation of 22hz? R=141k C=50n
I wasnt sure if the potentiometers at the front and back also had impact or if I was missing something else...

There is also the BE resistance of the transistor in parallel, which is much lower than that.

Put in some rough values here, you will get less than 1k.

You also need to consider C4, which is probably big enough, and C6, which is too small if you want full bandwidth response. Soundwise, that might actually not be desirable. The low end is also for normal guitar very attenuated.
