Original Aqua Puss 9V vs 15V

Hello!

The original Aqua Puss has 9VDC printed on it. I've also read that the circuit should be run at 15V because the MN3005 chip can handle it and it gives more dynamic range and therefore cleaner delay tones. Does the original AP have something inside that converts that 9V to 15V?

Thanks

I've built a handful of AP clones and ran at 9v and 15v.  I honestly can't tell a difference. In order to run at 15v you do have to change the value of a couple of resistors too so I'm guessing that the WayHuge AP needs to be modded to run properly at 15v.  Someone may prove me wrong though.
