I just got an enclosure UV printed by Tayda and it turned out great. I was thinking of seeing how having them print and drill and enclosure would work out for me but came across something I need a little clarification on. For a 1590B the UV template is 56 x 108.5mm. For the drill template, it's 58 x 110mm and you have to locate the holes from the center of the enclosure.

So should I just measure where I want the holes from the center of my design in the UV template and they should line up correctly during their production? Thanks!

why they suggest measure from center, the smaller area is what is FLAT on the enclosure to have non-distorted images and the larger dimension is likely the outsides of the vertical(neither face or backing plates) and would need to know how close you can get to a side.

The center is always going to be the center so it actually is a good base point. Just a bit confusing at first maybe with negative and positive dimensions for the drill template.
