new here DOD 680 delay is extremly noisy

is it fixable? has white noise when turned on otherwise functions normally...saw videos on youtube and i wish mine had no noise as it is unusable as is...killer pedal ...thanks!!

First up, check all ground points... input, output sockets especially. Pedals sound terrible when not earthed properly.
