VFE Dragon

I guess October was VFE month for me ... I finally built a choral Reef I had laying around for awhile and last week I built a Dragon. Love them both. They both have more controls to tweak than my simple analog brain can handle ! I scored one of the monthly (October Halloween) custom powdercoat drops from Stompbox parts and it is killer.

Finished a Cliffhanger (Dover Drive) this weekend too ... its working great but still experimenting with the PNP transistors.  I will post my opinion on that when I'm done.

That's dope. Do you have s favorite between the two slopes? I've never experimented on guitar before, only synths way back.

I think I like the 6dB so far.  I'm playing with a Tele thru a Fender Deluxe and the 6 dB gets me everything I need but as with most pedals with a lot of knobs ... you dial in what you think sounds good and then you change something a little and say "hmm I think that sounds a little better ??"

I do agree with Brian's comments in the build document though ... I think the 6/12 middle setting is a bit of overkill.

Great circuit though.
