SOLVED Epipen - Below Unity Volume

Hi there, with the "more" switch off is it expected behavior for the Epipen to be below unity volume (Pre set 100% up and Post 100%)? Biasing does not seem to make much of a difference in volume. Currently biased at 7V similar to the build documents.

If that behavior doesn't suggest a builder error I'm thinking about swapping the 10kA output pot for 100kA and testing different JFETs, other suggestions welcome.

Edit - reselecting Q1 worked to get unity volume, although biasing still has no audible effect. I went with 2n5484 Vgs off measured -1.41V
