While waiting for some tech help on my Current Lover build, I decided to finally wire up this thing that's been sitting on my desk for literally months.  It's a TILT utilizing full size pots and all manner of leftover parts.  I had a spare burgundy enclosure lying around that I just couldn't come up with any decent artwork for.... and then it hit me.

Ron said it best: "I look good."

Love it. This could turn into a Ron Burgundy quote-fest.

"I don't know how to put this but I'm kind of a big deal."  ;D

The classy drive:  60% of the time, it works every time.

Well, hopefully more often than that.

How's it sound?

I certainly hope it turns into a quote-fest.  Why do you think I built it?!?

Honestly, it sounds GREAT... at volume.  It didn't do anything for me at low volume, but once I let the amp breathe a little it really came to life.  It's very amp-like breakup to my ears; maybe a tiny bit of compression, but not much - even with the saturation on.  With the saturation switched, there's not a ton of gain on tap, and the low end can get a wee bit mushy with it cranked.  It's pretty stellar for dialing in a crunch tone though, especially with the eq on board.

And it smells of rich mahogany.

"Ron Burgundy: I don't know how to put this but I'm kind of a big deal.
Veronica Corningstone: Really.
Ron Burgundy: People know me.
Veronica Corningstone: Well, I'm very happy for you.
Ron Burgundy: I'm very important. I have many leather-bound books and my apartment smells of rich mahogany."

Awesomeness.

That looks awesome! Does anyone have a demo of this circuit?

EDIT: Nvm, I found one. I hadn't checked the Audio/Video forum lol
