Bias at 12v

when I set up a pedal to run at 12v is the bias now 6v? Or is it still 4.5?

Depends what pedal it is and what's being biased.

I actually chunked the meter. It was too distorted. I biased by ear. Took some output away but is cleaner. I don't use it that loud.
