BINGO ;D

The C2 cap was the culprit. did parallel 100pf caps (200pf) and the circuit came alive. Great sound, I cant wait to box it up.

Thank you ckim, oldhouse, timbo, and ninja for all of your assistance. I will post a build report when done!
