Possibly unwanted PIF

Because I have too many projects and too little time

1 x Fully Populated inc pots and some wiring Aqua Boy (red fabbed MB PCB)

Heres the hitch - Its a troubleshoot.
I made it up with v3205 chipset and it delayed but real quiet and with only 1 repeat.
I switched the jumps and couple of parts for MN3005 operation, same deal.

Easy fix for someone.
