Rocked it before I boxed it and it was working fine. It is lit up and the intensity changes with the trim pot but it is staying lit and not pulsing. Haven't had a chance to run through troubleshooting yet. Anyone else run into this?
I had similar problem with mine first univibe build and the problem was in R45 (in your case)... It was not gounded.. So you could check that.

Are any of the pots in a weird bind when tightening the nuts down? I am assuming they are pcb mounted? because of the dual-gang pot I had to add some spacers under the regular pcb mounted pots so everything would tighten flush to the enclosure.
