Envirotex can be a pain but I looks great. Have you considered spray lacquer? I used to use a minwax lacquer that gave great results.

Are the indicator LEDs hidden behind the decal?

Only on the Chorus, there is a rate LED under the decal.

Envirotex finish did not go so well, there are some hole and bumps.

Here are the latest pedals I completed (few months ago). I ordered kits from Musikding and used painted Hammond enclosure.
Nothing really original a CE2 chorus, Phase 90 and a Boss Blues Driver, all with the popular mods.
I was inspired by some of my favourite movies (The Blues Brothers, 2001 and Blade Runner).

I just finished my Serendipity.
It sounds really good!!
I know it's still pretty messy inside but I decided to leave it like that (I already redone the wiring few times, now some tracks starts to go out of the board ).

I would like to build a Serendipity, I never built any pedal before.
I start to look around for components but there is so many kind of capacitors (ceramic, myca, polyester...) I don't know which to choose. Does it affect the sound?
And same problem with pots, linear or logarithmic?
Please help me.
