Are people in general not a fan of those ICE power amp + supply modules? I haven't heard much about them failing but  I haven't dug too deep.  They seem like a nice solution to me for a poweramp?

Yeah, to me Sunn is as well known as Orange at least for the doom folks.

Is the brand still owned by Fender?  I like the look of the new Harmony amps that came out but haven't seen one or heard anything about them either.

Are you trying to do an etch-able layout or just wanna do a single sided pcb for fun?

isn't it a tube screamer with a mids control?  Are you using jumper wires?

beautiful guitars!  I've always wanted to try out a Reverend but never seen one in a store to try (I also haven't gone out of my way lol).

Gish and Siamese Dream hold up for me but that might just be nostalgia lol.  I'm waiting for fender to make a Larissa Strickland signature strat.  That would be one of the only guitars I'd buy new.

If you give me a part number for the switch you wanna use and some guidelines I'll layout a PCB and put it up on Oshpark.

Some places have a serious QC manager/department that enforces downward with people checking along the entire MF process (and they are hated by MF).  I've also worked in a fairly major factory that's QC only did first article inspections and returns.  Beyond that MF was responsible for rejecting & doing quality on individual parts or builds in their own work cells.  Guess how often that happened?  "ship it".

Maybe similar to the Ibanez FZ7 Fuzz in 100% damage mode?  I recall that being a "ripped speaker" sound.

Maybe I'm a fake hippy but I'd really like to see people as a whole move towards buying less and willing to pay more for higher quality goods made "more locally" that may put less strain on the environment & the "system" in general.  The current race to the bottom price expectations make for a hard market for everyone.

My first pedal was a similar one.  Block logo front with a cursive embossed back plate, it also had germanium diodes.

No help on the excel front but I use the free version of partsbox.com and have been pretty happy with it for tracking my parts.  It's really geared more towards production inventory and alt part number tracking but I've found it useful.
