Nice stereo chorus with compander:

Clone: Behringer CC300 (CoolAudio chips, could be rehoused easily and have pots instead of buttons)

That said I would be interested to know what other alternatives there are in Europe, besides Musikding and Banzai (I have had ongoing issues with Banzai's orders ...)
I use Musikding and http://www.uk-electronic.de/ a lot.

I have never ordered from Mouser as their shipping is ridiculous to Belgium ...

Isn't shipping free for orders over €65?
Taxes and custom fees are included in the prices.
And it is fast (typically two days from the US to Germany).

Mods / Re: Simple Tails mod for delays.
October 31, 2014, 04:35:16 PM
Bad news. Here's what happens in the Cave Dweller:
Input goes into the first op amp (pin 16) whose output (pin 15) is internally connected to the delay line.
This output is also used to mix it (via R3) with the delayed signal (via R7) at another opamp at pin 13.
So with this design you can't simply switch off the input of the delay line without losing the dry signal in the mix.

Just asked out of curiosity.

Hm, if you take the input to the phaser at lug 2 of the echo pot and then go into C8 then that's what I proposed to consider because listening to the demo I had the impression that you took the signal for the phaser from C15 and then into lug 3 of the dwell pot. My impression is that the feedback goes through the phaser again and again and degenerating a bit each time. But maybe that's just the typical sound of the Cave Dweller repeats.

Nice idea. Cool sounds.

So you've put the phaser before the feedback and mix? That is, the feedbacked signal gets phased more and more. Have you also considered putting the phaser after the feedback so that only the delayed signal gets feedbacked? (Hope this makes sense.)

Nice. Thanks!

I've searched around a bit about Simple Machines Forum and there's perhaps a workaround :)

I don't know (*) if this link is anywhere accessable from the forum pages but this one doesn't restrict to "since your last visit":

All Unread Topics

This one just adds a ";all" to the URL. You could also add it manually in the browser after getting an empty list.

As I regularly also use the "Mark all messages as read" button to clear all the remaining messages I don't intend to read this would work well.

(*) Yes it is. At the end of the list on the right. But only if the list isn't empty. If the list is empty the bar reads
"No unread topics found since your last visit. Click here to try all unread topics." Never saw that "Click here"  :-[

My best wishes for a speedy recovery!

I'm using several computers in different locations and the empty list most often happens after changing the computer.

One resides behind an unknown number of proxies that from time to time issue warnings and after that the list always is empty, too.

So sometimes I'm missing a lot of posts. Using View the most recent posts on the forum. from the index page only shows the last 100 posts. :(

I'm not sure this is linked to the auto login. But if, what works? You logout and login manually from time to time? Or do you disable auto login altogether?

This SS-02 looks interesting. I think I'll get one.

The red wire from the battery clip goes to the 9V pad of the board and to the 4k7 going to the LED.
(Omit the ground wire from the DC socket to the input jack (sleeve) together with the DC socket.)

Every Monday morning the same thing: clicking Show unread posts since last visit. returns an empty list.

Is it only me?
