TS9 mods

I have a used Ibanez TS9 that needs some repairing. The resistor next to the dc jack is burnt and I am assuming that the dc jack is fried as well. I was hoping to repair it and mod the pedal.

Heres the mods I'd like to do
Keeley Mods
run at 18v for more headroom
add a bass control

I know their is an abundance of information on the web for tubescreamer mods, I hoping someone can either point me(a noob) to the right place or give me some info.
