Collosalus Electrolytic Min Voltage

Apologies if this information is available elsewhere, but is it OK to use 16v electrolytic caps in the Collosalus?

If not, what is the min voltage?

I think that only C25 and C28 should be rated 25V  and  others are ok with 16V
