Playstation RCA wires as grounded in/output wire?

My parents are going through tons of random shit that has been accumulated over the years. They found some wires/cables and asked if they are mine - one is 3 RCA cables for a Playstation. I figured I'd toss it but then realized each wire has center core and shield. Can this be used as in and output wiring for high gain circuits? I mean, I guess "why not", right? Its shielded and has a center core. And not bulky..

ya, you can use it for audio but depending on the specific wire, guitar cable may have better shielding (some RCA has the ground running parallel to, as opposed to around, the signal wire). the wire may be somewhat bulky, but there is no real reason you can't use it.

by parallel, you mean the ground isn't woven together? Or that the ground is not surrounding the center core?

I stripped some and its around the whole core but its not woven together like some guitar cables.
