I suspect it's because of the function sign to the right of the footswitch.

We incorporated (and announced) long before this was announced.  We're cool.

Unless you mean we are going to be the litigious ones.  I don't think we'll be suing anybody over the use of math symbols.

Oh, I see now. They have "mf(x)" for "multi-function".

I don't see that as being an issue. There shouldn't be any confusion caused, so there should be no problem.
