Not hacked. Looks like the site was suspended. It's happened before...I'm sure it will be back up soon.

Still not sure what the issue is, but I suspect a legal threat was sent to the ISP. FSB has a lot of enemies who don't really understand IP law, but do know how to send a cease/desist letter.

I could be wrong, but I think a C&D is meaningless unless ordered by a judge. Not that an hosting service would feel obligated to respond otherwise.

Well yes, you're right. The letter itself (not a court order) is just a warning. But it is, sometimes, the opening salvo in some sort of law suit. They basically say, "You're infringing on my shit, and if you stop now, I'll let it go. Otherwise, I'll pursue legal recourse."

Most of the time it's just a scare tactic. But you never know.

Honestly, now it looks like some kind of DNS problem is the cause. Still no word from modman though.
