There appears to be enough depth to mount it on the side.
Its easily done with standoffs.

Another thing is that the String Ringer PCBs are a bit smaller than the real deals.  :-\

no but its 55mm deep, which your enclosures seem to be.
the point is the board should fit mounted similarly to the way shown on my builds.

IIRC, PD built a MuTBall Meatball-in-a-1590A which YOU laid out? ;)

What I really like about Govt's Meatball is that he's done it on a replica of the original PCB. Actually... Greg, any chance of a photo of the component side of that one? :)

Possibly. I am having some switch popping issues with the Meatball currently and I may need to remove the "innards" to examine whether of not I reversed a lytic cap or something...  :-\

I will be putting out some pseudo build docs with trace transfers, component location diagrams, and off-board wiring diagrams for the Meatball as well as the Wobulator and Ring Stinger once I get the last two completed  ;D  8)

Im not gonna do a fancy sch-many build doc but it will be enough for anyone to build their own full-sized monster!!   ;)

sick!! I want to build some Lovetones some day...would be cool if there were more Lovetone/synth style designs...
