Quadrovibe
« on: July 28, 2011, 09:33:54 AM »
Im about to start on the quadrovibe and i was wondering if i should wire the led to pulse with the effect or not.  If anyone has done it that way, is the delay when the effect is engaged an annoyance?  I honestly dont think it will be, but i would like to hear from someone who has tried it.

Also, should i socket the lamp?  It seems like i should so that it can be replaced if it burns out, but this is the first lamp build ive done, so there may be something i havent thought of.

I would not socket the lamp. It should last a long long time.

Thanks.  I'll just have to be careful when adjusting the trims so that i dont blow it.
