Problem with switching board V2 with Bumblebee

I just finished popping a Bumblebee and plugged it in to test. I'm having an issue that strikes me as most likely the board.

The LED turns on and off fine, but the signal does not change a bit. Even the volume control does not make any difference, completely off or dimed it is at the exact same volume as bypass.

Does it seem reasonable that the issue is somewhere on the switching board not the main board, and if so does any one know where to start with that?

I did use an SMD j175, but everything else was purchased through the mouser cart for the project.

I'd start with audio probing the input and output of the Bumblee board in both switching states. That would confirm at least if the signal is stopping at the switching board somehow before getting to the fx circuit.

Never mind I'm an idiot.

The Zener diode was backwards (fortunately I had socketed it for some reason). I don't know why it made things negative that way, but problem solved.

Time to dial it in.
